The SIU Center for Family Medicine Pike County Dental Clinic provides dental care to children and adults, including pregnant women regardless of inability to pay. Medicaid insurance is accepted and patient must show card at time of appointment. Discounted fees for uninsured and underinsured patients who qualify are based on family size and income. Proof of income will be required. Written parental consent is required for all children under the age of 18.

Services will not be denied based on a person’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion or sexual orientation.

Care is provided by a dentist and dental assistants and may include an exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment, sealants, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and crowns. Referrals are provided for dental services not offered by the Pike County Dental Clinic.

The SIU Center for Family Medicine Pike County Dental Clinic is located at 606 W. Adams Street in Pittsfield, Illinois. This is on the corner of Franklin Street and Adams Street.
