Delinquent Tax Publication Date is November 18, 2020. Any unpaid tax bills need to be paid before 12:00 noon on November 12, 2020 or will be published in the County papers.

Our Delinquent Tax Sale will be held on January 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the Lower Courtroom at the Pike County Courthouse.

The Pike County Surplus Real Estate Sealed Bid Auction, the last day to bid will be December 18, 2020. Catalogs will be available approximately 30 days prior to the sale. Bids have to be turned into the Pike County Treasurer’s Office by the end of the day on the 18th .

Real-estate Tax bills will be mailed out on July 31, 2020

The 1st installment will be due on September 2, 2020

The 2nd installment will be due on October 16, 2020

Access will be limited; only 3 people at a time will be allowed within the lobby at any given time.

To avoid any delays and for your personal safety, we would recommend mailing your payment or for your convenience, the following list of local banks will accept payments during regular banking hours.
